Psalms 119:160 KJV
NASB
The writer of this psalm in context is declaring how he loves and
adheres to the Lord's Word, precepts, Law, statutes, ordinances
& testimonies, while the wicked, who do not have regard for
His Word, are far from salvation. The crescendo of this part
of the psalm is the psalmists statement that 'the sum of Thy
Word is truth, and every one of Thy righteous ordinances is
everlasting'. The God of truth dictated truth to the
Biblical writers by the Holy Spirit (2 Pet 1:20-21 KJV
NASB),
and it is in this truth that the man of God can be thoroughly
equipped to know all things about God (2 Tim 3:16-4:2 KJV
NASB).
Truth is revealed in the Word of God (2 Tim 2:15; John 17:17 KJV
NASB).
